Short version: we only collect what we need to run the Fish Fry, we use it only for the Fish Fry, and we don’t sell it. Here’s the longer version.

What we collect

When you reserve a window or join the list, we collect your name and email — plus your phone number, the city and arrival window you choose, and any dietary notes, if you share them. That’s it. No accounts, no payment, no tracking you around the internet.

How we use it

Only to run the tour: to confirm your spot, send you the details, keep your arrival window accurate, and let you know when the fry is coming to your city. We don’t use your information for anything outside the Fish Fry.

Where it lives

Your information is stored with trusted third-party services — our database and our email provider — and is used only for the needs of the Fish Fry. We don’t sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s purposes.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply to any confirmation to update or remove your details. Want your information taken off the list entirely? Email Contact@chefwillcoleman.com and we’ll take care of it.
