These terms apply when you reserve, purchase, or attend a Fish Frydays event by Chef Will Coleman. The event details and any additional terms shown before payment are part of these terms.
Ordering and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The October 25 Unlimited Fish Brunch is $95 per person without cocktails or $120 per person with cocktails. Both prices include sales tax. Other editions show whether tax is included or added before checkout. Quantities are limited to five of each listed item per order unless the ordering page says otherwise. Payment is processed on Square’s hosted checkout page. Fish Frydays does not receive or store your full payment-card information.
Submitting the ordering drawer does not confirm a purchase. An order is confirmed only after Square reports a completed payment and Fish Frydays displays a paid confirmation. Review the tickets or items, quantities, contact details, and event time or pickup window before paying.
Seated dinner
Each October 25 brunch ticket admits one guest to the family-style dining experience at Plated in Brooklyn during the selected 11 AM–1 PM or 2:30–4:30 PM seating (New York time). Unlimited fried fish is replenished throughout the seating. Endless crispy fried fish, sides, and dessert are included with both ticket options. The $120 ticket includes two cocktails; drinks are not included with the $95 ticket. Dinner orders are limited to five guests across both ticket options. Arrival instructions appear on the paid confirmation page. Please arrive at the start of your selected seating and check in with the name on your ticket confirmation.
Pickup editions
Orders for pickup editions are collected at the location, date, and window shown during checkout. Arrival instructions are disclosed on the paid confirmation page. Arrive within your selected window and contact the team promptly if a delay or correction is needed. Food quality and availability cannot be guaranteed outside the confirmed pickup window.
Final sale, changes, and refunds
Unless Fish Frydays expressly states a different refund policy for a particular edition or order at checkout, or agrees otherwise in writing, all purchases are final and nonrefundable. Under this standard policy, Fish Frydays does not offer refunds for missed or late pickups, scheduling conflicts, changes of mind, or mistaken item, quantity, date, or pickup-window selections. Review the full order before paying. This policy does not limit any refund right that cannot legally be waived.
Menu items and pickup capacity are limited. Requests to correct an order should be sent as soon as possible to contact@chefwillcoleman.com, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed and do not create a right to a refund. When reasonably available, Fish Frydays may choose to offer a replacement, rescheduled pickup, or event credit at its sole discretion.
Fish Frydays may adopt different refund, cancellation, transfer, credit, or replacement terms for a specific edition, promotion, or order. Any variation applies only when it is expressly disclosed before payment or confirmed in writing, and only to the edition, promotion, or order identified in that disclosure. If no different policy is stated, the standard no-refund policy above applies.
Event changes or cancellation
Fish Frydays may change a pickup time or location when reasonably necessary. If Fish Frydays cancels an order or event and cannot provide the purchased food, the team will contact affected buyers about a replacement, rescheduled pickup, or event credit. A refund will be provided only when an applicable edition-specific policy expressly provides for one, Fish Frydays agrees to one in writing, or applicable law requires one.
Food and allergens
Food is prepared in active kitchens where fish, shellfish, wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame, and other allergens may be present. Descriptions and dietary notes are informational and are not a guarantee against cross-contact. Contact the team before ordering if an ingredient or allergy concern affects whether you can safely participate.
Conduct and attendance
Guests must follow reasonable venue, safety, and service instructions and treat staff, neighbors, and other guests with respect. Fish Frydays may refuse service or attendance when reasonably necessary for safety, unlawful conduct, harassment, or material violation of these terms.
