Fish Frydays is Chef Will Coleman’s traveling public table: a gathering built around hot food, good timing, and the people who make a room feel alive.

Each edition takes on the rhythm of its city. The venue, format, availability, and booking method shown on the date card are the source of truth for that stop.

Some Fish Frydays dates use a free arrival-window reservation. Paid pickup editions show the menu, quantities, tax, location, and available windows before continuing to Square’s hosted checkout.

• Review the date, pickup window, items, quantities, and total before paying.
• An order is confirmed only after Square reports a completed payment.
• Arrival instructions appear on the verified paid confirmation.
• Partner-ticketed dates follow the terms shown on the partner’s checkout page.
• Fish Frydays does not receive or store full card details.

Because Fish Frydays travels, physical access and available accommodations vary by venue. Contact the team before booking if you need help determining whether a stop can meet an access need.

Food is prepared in active kitchens where fish, shellfish, wheat, dairy, eggs, and other allergens may be present. Dietary notes help the team prepare, but they are not a guarantee against cross-contact.

Fish Frydays may be photographed or filmed as a record of the gathering. Guests are welcome to take personal photographs while respecting the people around them.

If you prefer not to appear in event photography, tell the door team when you arrive so they can make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request.

Fish Frydays collects the information you choose to provide when reserving, joining a list, or contacting the team. This may include your name, contact details, party information, and dietary or access notes.

That information is used to manage the event, communicate updates, support guests, and improve future editions. Fish Frydays does not sell personal information.

Paid pickup checkout sends order and contact details to Square to create the checkout and fulfillment. Fish Frydays stores the order in its own database only after Square verifies a completed payment. Limited information may also be processed by providers supporting database hosting, email, analytics, or venue operations.

By reserving or purchasing, guests agree to the event details shown for their stop, the host venue’s rules, and conduct that respects the team, the space, and other guests.
